Let’s talk about the Willows.

We at Dream are looking forward to our conversations with residents of the Willows in the coming weeks.

We are also eager to hear what residents have to say in a survey we are making available to them. Development that was contemplated around 20 years ago as part of the original planning of the Willows is again being brought forward. Amendments to the original design have evolved over time as market conditions warranted. In 2021, Dream applied to the City of Saskatoon to amend the Willows Neighbourhood Concept Plan. This original plan, defeated in November of 2021, is available to download here.

Before another development proposal is submitted, Dream wants to have a conversation with residents. Promoting a healthy lifestyle is at the heart of this proposed concept plan amendment as Dream looks to enhance the Willows as it responds to current market realities. We hope residents of the Willows will take some time to read through Dream’s answers to some commonly asked questions about Dream’s ideas for the Willows. We are holding virtual and in-person meetings to discuss options for our next plan. Dates of those meetings are scheduled for June 20 and 21.
