Maison started its journey in 2000 with two young professionals looking to buy their first home. What should have been the most exciting decision of their life quickly became the most discouraging as they were unable to find something they truly loved within their price range.

Not ones to compromise they decided to build their own house. That one project quickly turned into a passion for creating great spaces.

While that was the beginning, they have become so much more. Maison a full-service residential design build firm that specializes in luxury custom homes. They have a team of talented designers, engineers, project managers and journeymen carpenters that guide their projects from initial drawings to move in ready.

Maison is proud of the work they do, and over the past twenty years with the experience of designing and building over 100 forever homes, they have become experts at it.

Signature Plans

Sometimes starting from scratch may feel too daunting. That’s why Maison also offers a series of Signature Plans that have been thoughtfully designed with the same care and attention to detail as their custom homes.

Each of the Signature Plans feature the best of curb appeal, functionality and natural light. These homes have been carefully planned with distinct entry, living and sleeping spaces, large kitchens and dining areas, beautiful sight lines, utility zones which include storage, and the flexibility to re-purpose rooms as your needs change.

While their Signature Plans are ready to be constructed exactly as is, Maison also knows that designing a home is extremely personal, so they can also be used as a starting point to help you discover what you love. They are able to work with a plan and tweak it just a bit so that it’s the perfect fit for you and your family, or combine design elements from several of their plans to create a completely custom space.
