These drawings serve as the basis for pricing, incorporating customer specifications to provide comprehensive quotes. Upon acceptance and agreement, they proceed to contract signing.

Subsequently, construction drawings are developed, allowing further client input while keeping the budget in mind. After finalizing plans, the building permit application process begins, followed by the commencement of construction upon permit approval.
